Topic: Apache Web Permissions

I moved a bunch of content to an SME Server recently, and I need to know what permissions I need to have on the content.

I have a php script that needs unique permissions, as well as a folder that contains exe's that I want people to be able to download, but other than that, I just want them to be able to view content.  The site is all text pretty much.

What permissions should the directories and files have inside of the html directory?
