Topic: remove account

While I want to remove user only for this acct at user-manager, the error as below come out:

Error: internal failure while removing account "ab jaya".

Before that I was create this acct. using script (adding multiple user script created by David O'Dwyer & Scott Smith) but my script not fully functioning and error. Now I cant remove this acct. Or if there have any way to remove without using server-manager?please advice. thanks.
