Sysmon default graph scale
« on: February 04, 2003, 10:41:06 AM »
Hi All,

Sysmon is a super module.

http://www.lordsfam.net/downloads/production/e-smith-sysmon/

Works fine for me on SME 5.6.

Does anyone know how I can change the default graph scale from the second shortest to the shortest period?

Thanks,

Graham

sysmon include quite a few configurable variables.  Below is a summary.  To set these variables use the following notation:

/sbin/e-smith/config setprop sysmon

-----

hosts: this is a comma separated list of hosts to ping.  default is gateway.  to disable pinging set to none.

interval: time between ping packets. default it 0.25.

count: number of ping packets to send. default is 20.

pingscale: what ping value is equal to 100% packet loss.  default is 300.

maxping: what is the top end of the ping graph.  default is 400.

Hope these help someone.

Hi Shad,

I tried out some of the configuration variables but it looks like I broke it. Doh! @:)

Can you give me the command to reset the whole thing to default?

/sbin/e-smith/config setprop sysmon ?????????????

I've looked around for some sysmon4 docs, are there any?
