5.5 to 5.6 upgrade qmail file structure?

5.5 to 5.6 upgrade qmail file structure?

Fresh install of 5.5 then preformed desktop restore of data then upgraded to 5.6
It finished fine but when in IMP mail the mail folders are missing and the address
book is empty. Is there a fix for this? Is there a new file structure for mail ?
