Topic: Server-Manager DEAD!

I lost access to server-manager (http://server/server-manager)

I get this message

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /server-manager.

Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused
----------------------

I am using sme 5.5 U2, i am not modify anything in the last month..

I am very confuse.. , y flush squid cache and nothing, all service are ok.: Samba, WWW Proxy, SMPT, POP3, etc.. only server-manager failed

This happens to me from time to time. Usually can be fixed by:

service http-admin restart

Actually it's

service httpd-admin restart

My earlier post forgot the "d" after http
