Topic: PhpGroupware Applications

I have installed Php groupware on 5.5 and it works successfully.
I have tried recently to use the Project app but it complains about Global settings not being set. I cant find anywhere to set these preferences, anyone here had this problem?
Current version of PhPGroupWare, V 5.5 SME
