Topic: sndconfig on SME v5.6

I want to configure my soundcard (creative ISA) on my v5.6 server. On my old v5.5 server I did this with sndconfig (and certain other files) but on my v5.6 server it will not install, I need a lot of other rpm files but even after that it will not work. After downloading the sox, aumix, a few glibc rpm files, SME asks for kernel-headers when I try to install the glibc files. Is there some thereway to make my soundcard work ?

did you try to install the dev-tools and give it a go again?
