hello every boby.

I have a problem with roaming profile.

I want the roaming profiles not to be store on the server.

the logon path is not uncomment.

how cant i say to SAMBa not to store profile on server.

Disable roaming profiles. The idea behind roaming profiles (use your profile on whatever machine you log on) is storing them on the server to be accessible from anywhere. If you don't want this you don't want roaming profiles :-).

In the server manager's "Configuration" you find "Workgroup", the place to configure your Windows workgroup. There's the option to turn off roaming profiles.

that's right, but my version is 5, and in this version this option doesn't exist.

i upgrade to V5.5.
There is the option.

It's not working.
I set to no and its the same result.

I saw it mentioned somewhere that romain profiles had a bug in 5.5, I'm not sure where.  Could have been here or the devinfo list.  I use 5.5 and roaming profiles is on on mine too, yet is disabled in the server manager.  I'd like to be able to turn it off as well.  Upgrading to 5.6 is not really an option as by the looks of all the posts it seems a little unstable.

Wow, guess I should have proof read that, should have read "roaming profiles"...
