kindly explain, what is the e-smith-rsyncd? what does it help and features?

e-smith-rsyncd configures rsync to run in daemon mode and serve files from ibays. Read the man page for rsync for more info, and also 'rpm -qip e-smith-rsyncd-xxx'.
