I am using SME 5.6
My tape drive is a Tandberg SLR SCSI . I have installed tapeware 6.20.
My problem is that the software takes about 5 minutes to "mount device" and then
it will show me an alert (even though I have the tape in the drive):-
"Insert the media into device Dev-0.0.2.0 Tandberg SLR5 or the magazine containing the media into the loader for job Backup Specific A process is waiting for your response."
I then open the drive, take out the tape and re-insert it, click continue and then
get the following message.
Error 536
Backup Specific
Dev-0.0.2.0
"There is not media in the device if you are running a job select Cancel will cause the device to be removed from the device list that the job will use.
A process is waiting for your response."
