Reject the sending break apart email msgs!!!

Reject the sending break apart email msgs!!!

Hi All,

Is the a way the we can reject the sending break apart email messages out (the huge email attachment)?  this fragmented email messages will cause the unnecessary server slowness such as the network bandwidth and so on.
