Topic: Qmail

This is probable  a stupid question but...I would like to use Spamassassin to get rid of all the spam mail I get daily. I do not know much about Qmail but is there a way to have my internet mail from my ISP can go through Qmail and then Spamassassin or vise versa whichever way it works and then to my Outlook client.
