Topic: Big file Z and -Z

Hi to all!
For a few days I am trying to investigate because a so called file is created "Z" and "-Z" in the folder "/home/e-smith/files/users / ". I would like to know, if I can erase these files without problem for the server, since, the content of the files they are e-mails for people who already does not exist in the server.
