Topic: 5.1 email sending capture

Is there anything with 5.1/qmail that will capture all Outgoing emails to people outside my domain??  This is using SMTP not webmail.  We send using outlook/express on windows pc's but we want the serrver to capture (maybe even forward) all outgoing emails to anyone.

any help would be appreciated.

Search here as there have been a few posts about this.
From memory, there was no easy answer, but you can do it by modifying the qmail source code and then recompiling. Not to be undertaken lightly.
There were some suggestions of alternative methods by a couple of people that may or may not suit
