Anyone know hot to add Rule in SME5.6 in Proxy Server
Default SME5.6 Proxy is for outgoing only
How I can make a internal web server for outside connection.
and SME5.6 as a Proxy Server.

That has nothing to do with squid or proxying. You want to forward a port from the SME to another server. Get the Port Forwarding contrib.

try proxypass contribution.
http://tech-geeks.org/contrib/loveless/beta/proxypass/
It will be able to forward selected web sites to internal server.
