Topic: Horde / Webmail Address Book Problem

On a new install of SME 6.0 my users are getting an error when they try to add addresses in webmail http://www.foo.com/horde/turba/addobject.php:

Failed to connect to the specified directory.

I found a post about a similar problem -  http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=18528.msg72767#msg72767 - and ran the commands that Dan Brown recommended as root. Here is the error output I got:

ERROR 1060 at line 26: Duplicate column name 'object_type'

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
