Just create a fetchmail configuration and cron entry for each user.

The best way to do that is to get each of the outside mailboxes forwarded to the user accounts set up at the e-smith site. They will then be delivered directly to the users' mailboxes. They can continue to use
their existing email addresses in outgoing mail - only people who read email headers will know that they are really user@customer1356.isp.domain.name...

I would suggest that you set up a fetchmail config and cron entry for each user. Get that working, then develop the web interface to allow people to set it up for themselves. Then send the code to Joe
