Topic: How Do You Install New Network Driver ? Netgear FA311

I have installed E-smith but can't get the network card running...  Netgear FA311
I have a suitable Red Hat Linux driver...  is there anyway I can install the driver in E-smith to get it running..??

I am giving Linux a go for the first time and have little idea what I'm doing...  I have everything else working fine so far... very much app any help..  thanx
