Topic: Can not receive outside mail

I'm using SME Server 5.12.
Configured as 'Server and Gateway - dialup' not Private

Clients are Windows based, can not received outside POP3 mail.
Mail software (Calypso) says :

Failed to get mail from account: 'test@garamprod.com'
WINSOCK Error: Authoritative: Host not found.  (Failed to look up the server name in DNS.  Verify the server name or contact your System Administrator).

Failed to get mail from account: 'test@161.78.58.236'
WINSOCK Error: Host unreachable.  (There is no route to the mail server.  Verify the server name or contact your System Administrator).
Connection to socket failed.

check your e-mail retrievel setup in the server-manager and if your server is able to resolve dns correctly. (e.g. ping www.e-smith.org)
