Topic: can not receive mail ,can send no problem

I can send without a problem, however when i try to receive no luck. Below is the error I receive from my hhtpd error log:

[Fri May 23 16:20:29 2003] [notice] SIGUSR1 received. Doing graceful restart

Anyone have any idea what the problem is?
