Topic: Global LDAP HOWTO gone?

I would like to set up global LDAP on my SME 5.6 server, however it seems that everything points to the following (none existent) location:

http://www.netbase-t.com/esmith/AddressBook-howto.html

Does anyone have a copy of that howto somewhere and can anyone tell me if this would work with 5.6.
