Finally I have the Big Brother network monitor software installed!!! Its all working fine except that the processes in memory are either being killed or just die for no reason. It's very unpredictable, from 1 - 3 hours. Anyone know of anything weird that mitel does to clear out processes most probably for security issues. Because of the way Big Brother works the processes need to be run as another user, which is fine because I can telnet as a regular user by using the telnet plugin thing. Is it possible that these processes are being killed because they are running as another user and maybe this is a security issue?
