Topic: Upgrade path from 5.0 to 5.6

I have several systems which are at client locations, which are still on version 5.0. Now it's summertime, and they're schools, the time has arrived for upgrades and enhancements (spamassassin for one).

The documentation seems to indicate that I should be able to perform a straight 5.0 => 5.6 upgrade, and of course, I will be doing backups, I'd just like to know if anyone has had any problems doing this?

Hello,

Before doing a upgrade ( 4.1.2 to 5.5 with last updates) i would like to have info about :

- what is the best solution: upgrade directly to 5.5 or upgrade to 5.1.2 in a first step and after upgrade to 5.5?
- what i must do before: i will do a backup ( with flexbackup to a disk) but is there something else to do?

If someone have experience about this migration and could help me ;o)
