Topic: errormessage in message log

in the message log I have the message
Jul 15 03:04:41 fileserver named[1539]: denied update from [xxx.xxx.xxx.43].1981 for "xxx.xxx.xxx.in-addr.arpa" IN
a lot.
The xxx.xxx.xxx.43 machine is a W2000 machine

Can anyone explain what this means and how I get rid of it?

The easiest way is to stop the nameserver of the 2k-server. It tries to update the named-database of the smeserver.
