A number of accounts are automatically installed on the system, mostly based on tradition. The "games" user is included because it's included in RedHat Linux, from which e-smith inherits quite a few things. The "games" user is the default user for any games which are installed on the system, and while none are installed on e-smith by default, they could be installed from RedHat RPMs, and hence we have to have a "games" user ready and waiting in case someone tries to do that.
If you know you're *never* going to do that, you could probably go and delete the line "games" from /home/e-smith/accounts, but this would not be supported in any way and could cause weirdness in the future, so be careful.
The simplest solution would be to find an alternative name for your i-bay, perhaps "fun" or "timewasters"
