Topic: 6.0 beta 3 email collection

I have an issue with 6.0 beta 3 collecting mail from my isp account. My production machine is running 5.6u4 and it works faultlessly as expected. I have two 6.0 test machines that I have been using and the mail collection from the isp's pop server has been working fine on beta 1 and 2, I updated these two to beta 3 and since then the email collection from the isp accounts does not appear to work. I have tried a fresh install also with the same results. I can't find anything in the log files to indicate any errors relating to the mail collection at all. Any thoughts as to anything else to try would be appreciated, I would like to try and exhaust all possible scenarios before submitting a bug report. I can't see anything in the changes from beta 2 to beta 3 that would account for the mail not working now. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

This weekend I upgraded my 5.1.2 to SME6B3 (ghosted it first) and the upgrade went very well except for a few add-ons that could not start (APCUPS and IPSEC). I host my own website and mail on this server . This morning, I went to check my mail and did not recieve any which was unusual. I tried to send from my SME account to my ISP account and visa-versa but did not recieve mail from either account. I known I shouldn't upgrade to a BETA version, but I wanted to see how it would go. Also webmail seemed extremely long to load. I did not investigate any further. I returned to my 5.1.2 image and everything is of course working again !
