Topic: DNS failure on Updgrade 5.5 -> 5.6

I have just upgraded a 5.5 server+gateway system to 5.6(U4), and also then switched it to Server only.

The gateway is set to my gateway server, and is also the DNS (checked in the server manager configuration).

However the internet test faills, as does any ping from the command line to any symbolic address (internal or external), but a ping to an IP address works fine (internal and external).

So something has got screwed in the upgrade/change to Server only mode.  anyone any ideas where to look?
