Topic: Qmail: restoring /cur & /new from backup

I have reinstalled from zero an old SME5.5 because my upgrade to 5.6 failed! Be warned.

I was able to restore everything in 6 hours!
BUT
When user has e-mail on /cur & /new dirs (using webmail!) I cannot restore them!
I created a new folder (jmtestingjm) to receive this messages.
After that I copy all folders to Mail dir. Works perfectly!
So I copy /new to /new of root folder to jmtestingjm folder : sometimes I got no useful information (no title, no size), and sometimes I got nothing at all!
And /cur dir I cannot copy because it has that :FS 3,21  on his filename!

Any tips how to restore my e-mails?

BTW: I decided to do not restore backup using normal tools because backup has to many things I don't wanna anymore. So I just restore data, moving files.

I just discovered my problem with qmail: file permissions!

When I copy the files the owner was changed... and naturally John cannot read messages from Mary!
