Topic: FTP access to i-bays

I host multiple domains, and want to give other users access to modify their own websites, without giving them access to other i-bays. In all cases they have a user account as well.

Example:
Domain: newportrams.com
i-bay: newport
i-bay password: 12345
username: info
password: 67890

I think I am setting the i-bay permissions incorrectly. Can somebody help me ?
