Topic: phProjekt File Download

I have successfully installed phProjekt and corrected most of the operation of the Files Module (by following threads here) but I solve this one.

With files uploaded (in test is an exe and jpg) and a user logs in to "download" the jpg file is opens to present the picture correctly however when the exe is attempted to be downloaded the following error occurs.

"Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is unavailable or cannot be found."

What is incorrectly setup or needs to be done to get this part functioning?

The problem appears to relate to binary files using SSL with Apache and PHP and the combination of SetOupputFilter PHP and SetInputFilter PHP in (I think) php.conf and a line AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .php3 in the httpd.conf but I'm afraid I will need someone much more skilled than me to work this thru.
