greetings!

i'm using sme v5.6. This is regarding the webmail login page. Everytime I go to the login page and at the username section, it appears the "admin" word inside the box. I need to delete that "admin" , then give the username as well before login but usually the username box is empty isn't it?

How to avoid the "admin" word inside the box? i've tried to find the way to solve but seems no luck.

Jane,

Your IE remembers your previous authentication .-)

- close ALL browser windows
- open a brand-new browser window
- go to webmail
voila  -empty-

found the way at the link given. I had remove this



in the file
/home/httpd/html/horde/imp/templates/login/login.inc

and the admin word disappear!

Appreciate your help. I think this is not the ie cache since i've done login to the new fresh system and it is also appeared.
