We are using e-smith with webmail and would like to install a programm for windows, that gives information to the user when a new email arrived. It schould run out of the autostart-folder. It would be great, if on can configure it for opening the webmail-interface.

Are there any plugins for netscape or opera?

go to google.com and search for "threetoe mailchk" it checks your mail i dont know if it will lauch your client though

Hi,

You can use a email checker like "Rosebud mail checker" which is free and get it to check for mail via the pop3 server "mail.yourdomain.com" on port 110.

we use Imap Notify (win95,win 98, nt4 and nt 2000)
