Topic: Error "Configure Mouse" during install

I receive an error message during the install of e-smith version 3.1.
The message is (An error occured during step "Configure mouse" of the install.)
Has anyone else received this message?  What are your most successfull
solutions?

I've never seen it. You're sure that you used the e-smith boot floppy
image and not a standard one? The e-smith installation process
explicitly says not to probe for a mouse and not to expect one..
