I use SME version 6 in dial-up/dynamic IP mode and therefore need a dynamic DNS providor (DynDNS) and an email store and forwarding service, for when the system is not on-line, which I get from mailkeep.net. Mailkeep uses a non-standard ETRN configuration so I need ETRN to send my domain and password. Can anyone tell me how to do that?
Also, I understand that I can also get fetchmail to use ODMR which Mailkeep recommends. Can anyone point me in the right direction for either of these?
