Topic: e-smith unauthorized relaying?

I have an e-smith server set up to host our companies e-mail and for some reason when sending mail to outside of our domain i get the following error:
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'jhwhite@3rdmill.net'. Subject 'test', Account: 'adsparish.com', Server: 'smtp.adsparish.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '551 Sorry cs2416267-248.jam.rr.com(24.162.67.248), I don't allow unauthorized relaying. Please use another SMTP host to mail from to ', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 551, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

i need to be able to send mail out of our domain badly, can anyone give me any insight on correcting this problem?

well, found my problem.  i specified the incorrect subnet mask, which was making e-smith think all my machines were outside of it's local network, problem solved
