It will be very nice if a blade was made to upgrade Apache to version 1.3.22 and any other useful Apache add-ons/plug-ins that have been requested on this list. Also, integrate Apache Config Utility into Server Manager console.
There are several fixes and added features in this stable release and it would be much simpler and less dangerous for this to be done by means of a Blade, rather than a manual upgrade.
