all other services are listed under the new domain name but the main site seams to be named Myhost.another.site.com ?? should this happen or not ?

As I played with my system today I discovered that
as in your example:
Myhost.another.site.com

Myhost is the server name.
While another is the host name.
and site.com is the domain name.

Thus, the only way to eliminate Myhost from
the equation is to configure the server without
a system name.

As you go through the configuration settings,
you come to the name of the system which is Myhost
then the name of the primary website site.com.

You could always delete Myhost and see if the system
will run without it. You could also simply rename the
system with an single letter. Play with it and you
will find out what the tolerences of the system are.

And don't forget to post what you find out:)
