Add printers via Lin Neighbourhood

Noticed a cool functionality on RH9 which allows you to add a printer to your system by browsing the network, much like Network Neighbourhood. I think it's done with Lin Neighbourhood.

Would provide a nice way of adding shared printers to SME.
