I'm wondering if Mitel/E-smith have any plans to utilize SNMP or another protocol in order to "poll" the PBX (3100, 3300, SX-xxxx) somehow.
It would be very nice as a reseller, if I could have the E-smith Server (6000 MAS) create a ServiceLink alarm if there is a problem on the PBX.
Doesn't seem like it would be that difficult either.... It would help me to be able to sell the ServiceLink service.
