Topic: Upgraded Mysql and setup Php Nuke

Hi
I have loaded the beta 6 unsupported mitel linux server software and created my virtual domains and users and i bays. after i completed doing this i upgraded mysql and extracted the phpnuke 6.9.into one of the ibays for a virtual domain i own.. it seems now all my virtual domains are pointing to the primary domain. Does anyone know how i can fix this Error.
