Anyone else having a problem creating a user account

Hi,

My first post to the new site.

I've been trying to create my user account, I get the e-mail saying that someone at my IP has requested a password. I click on the link and I receive my password. But when I try to login using my username and password, I get the message " The selected user has been deactivated or has not been activated yet.
Please contact the administrator for details." I've sent an e-mail to Admin@contribs.org but that's only a guess because I couldn't find a contact address on the site.

Thanks for any help. The user name I'm trying to create is PWGSC.
