Topic: Re-instalation Advice

Hi All,

This weekend I intend to update a SME 5.6 to 6.0 final.

The main reason is so that I can also install
SpamAssassin from Jaspers scripts (Thanks Jasper)
and hopefully elliminate most of the daily 250
offers of enlargements / viagra.

I have a couple of questions though :-

1) If I make a re-installation floppy on the running
5.6 can I use this to install 6.0 ?

2) As the server is on UK ISDN (effectively dial up)
can anyone point me to a 6.0 mod that defers outgoing mail until the specified handshakes.

3) Are Jaspers scripts now working ok with 6.0 ?

If anyone can shell some pearls of wisdom or reflect
any experiences that would be appreciated

Greg Zartman has just released a new version of his spamassassin contrib which has som every nice features ie total rejection of spam from rbl listed senders etc.
