Modem string for Telstra NT1 (ISDN) ?

Modem string for Telstra NT1 (ISDN) ?

I wish to connect my Telstra NT1 ISDN modem to my SME 5.6 server. Do I just plug into COM port & work, or will I need a modem initilasation string ?
I would like to use DVO (Digital Voice Override) for voice calls.
