Hi guys,

I am having major problems or should I say issues trying to install OSSUITE on my SME 6.0. In order for everything to work correctly, you will need the following libraries installed / compiled to php.

Open_SSL 0.9.6g http://www.openssl.org
Curl 7.10 http://curl.haxx.se
GD 1.8.4 http://www.boutell.com/gd
Pdflib 4.0.3 http://www.pdflib.com
Mcrypt 2.6.3 http://mcrypt.hellug.gr
Mhash 0.8.17 http://mhash.sourceforge.net
Libmcrypt 2.5.3 http://mcrypt.hellug.gr/#_libmcrypt
Libpng 1.2.5 http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/libpng.html
JPegsrc 6b http://www.optix.org/~dxy/solaris/jpegsrc
Tiff v3.5.7 http://www.libtiff.org
Zlib 1.1.4 http://www.gzip.org/zlib

I have downloaded the libraries that are not installed on the server. I tried to intsall for instance "Mhash" and I get this error message:

[root@starlight mhash-0.8.17]# [root@starlight mhash-0.8.17]# ./configure
checking host system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu
bash: [root@starlight: command not found
[root@starlight mhash-0.8.17]# checking build system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu
bash: checking: command not found
checking target system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu
[root@starlight mhash-0.8.17]# checking host system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu
bash: checking: command not found
[root@starlight mhash-0.8.17]# checking target system type... i686-pc-linux-gnu
checking whether build environment is sane... yes
bash: checking: command not found

I also tried installing the Jpeglib and I get this:

[root@starlight jpeg-6b]# [root@starlight jpeg-6b]# ./configure
bash: [root@starlight: command not found
[root@starlight jpeg-6b]# checking for gcc... no
bash: checking: command not found
[root@starlight jpeg-6b]# checking for cc... no
bash: checking: command not found
[root@starlight jpeg-6b]# configure: error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH
bash: configure:: command not found

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or what I need to do.

Thanks

Ama
