My sme both in 5.6 and 6.0 is being
used as a email server, set as server only.
I've gone into the setup and reconfigured my dns server to be a different computer.
Looking at the cofiguration from the sever manager under DNS still shows the ip address of the email server itself rather than the ip of the dns server I reconfigured as.
I swear that this is partially why my email server doesn't send email.( it was working fine for 6 months...) at the same time that I upgraded my Astaro firewall, my email server stopped working -- a coinsidence as I downgraded the firewall and I still don't have email sending.
I'v tried telneting from email server to a known smtp and I get a dns error...
Can I have SME as a dns server for my internal network and as a proxie for the internet at the same time? At the moment the firewall is the proxie and I have some issues with pointing to the same computer with an intenet ip and a local ip....
