Topic: Email Problem, Maybe Newbie error

Hi and sorry for asking a question that maybe a dumb one, I am new to SME.  I have installed SME server 5.5 and it has been working very well without a hickup.  However, whenever someone is out of the office they cannot send mail to anyone outside of the organisation, they can get it from anyone but just can't send it.  I have tried using the SMTP server of the ISP but that still won't work.  Mail comes in but won't go out.  Does anyone have any ideas, when they are in the office it works fine.  NO

First, I would upgrade to a newer version (search the forums for how-to's), 6.0.1-01 being the most stable.  Next, you can use the securemail add-on from here:http://www.pagefault.org/howto/securemail.shtml to fix your mail issue.
