gr8 app. very impressed with it.  
how do i setup the email system to collect mail for staff with individual passwords?
i see that the v5 or so has that option on the sme interface.  pls assist. or where can i get reading material for this.

Sme 6 does have that interface to
1) just create user account for the users
2) set up the mail settings in the server-manager
3) set the webmail on https only safer then http  

If everything is set it should work if it doesnt then post here your mail settings u use
