compiling intel ipmi driver

Hi there,

I'm having trouble compiling a IPMI driver for my intel sds2 serverboard. Does anyone else succeeded in compiling it for SME6.0?
I downloaded and installed the devtools, downloaded the source package offered on the intel website, followed the instructions to no avail.
