I am installing 4.1.2 on a computer with two 30GB hard drives, I installed with the single hard drive option and it installed a single 15 MB partition for /boot on drive hda and left the rest of the drive as unformatted free space. It installed the swap space and the root directory on drive hdb. I know this would be more secure with the boot files on a seperate drive from the root files but it is an increadible waste of hard drive space.
I formatted the free space on hda into a linux EX2 partition, is there any way to use this space for the ibays? Or do I have to do a reinstall with one drive removed from the machine and then reinstall the second drive?
Ideally I would like to have one drive just for the ibays.
Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
