Topic: how to format second hdd

Hey guys,

have my nice server and i want to add a second hdd.

basically i have some idea and it wont work.

i have put the hdd in and done fdisk /dev/hdd but i only see /hdc. the hdd i want to add is not regestering at all.

all i want to do is format it and mount it.
ill just mount it using mount and not in the fstab but yer i cant format it
